“Athletics is really important in daily life, to see older people running, my age, and they are still competing very strongly is very encouraging.”

“I think just being part of the event has been the highlight of it all, winning would have been nice but didn’t really matter in the end. It’s just being there with everybody and meeting new people.”

The crowd is awesome. There were a lot of friends and family, it was a really nice atmosphere and I have noticed that across the board people are just so supportive.
