“Sport keeps you fit, keeps your mind active, all those sort of things. It gives you something to work towards, so I’ll do it as long as I possibly can really.”

“Later in your years there is a beautiful opportunity to stay fit and it can help you with the workplace, it can help you with injuries and even in your nutrition. It’s really good for a person and what the Masters Games does it brings it to a whole new level, now we can travel and experience this with other people and see what that can do yor you in your latter years.”
