“Sport keeps you fit, keeps your mind active, all those sort of things. It gives you something to work towards, so I’ll do it as long as I possibly can really.”

“Masters Games, you never know who the competition is going to be until you have a few races. Quite often they’re former Olympians or World Champions in their day. You get a very broad spectrum of athletes and their abilities over their lives which is a really good thing really.”

The feeling an the atmosphere is just amazing. I’ ve never, even at the World Champs that I go to oversees, you just don’t get this bigger crowd, It’s really spectacular, it’s great.
